Reservation fee:
CZK 20 000 payable on signing the Reservation Contract

Purchase price deposit:
20 - 30 % of the purchase price - payable within 5 business days of signing the Pre-purchase Agreement.

The Pre-purchase Agreement should be concluded within 30 days of the signing of the Reservation Contract at the latest.

Balance of the purchase price:
Payable after the complex receives its official building approval permit (4.Q.2007), and before the signing of the Purchase Contract for Ownership Transferral.

If the purchase is to be financed using a mortgage loan payment conditions may be agreed on an individual basis. We can also help you organise a mortgage loan with any of the banks or mortgage lenders in the CR.
