a) Construction and Materials:

• External walls from POROTHERM P+D bricks
• Internal walls from POROTHERM bricks
• 2^nd floor ceilings from plasterboard with 220 mm insulation
• Ceramic wall tiles (Czech standard) including plastic moulding
• Indoor floor tiles (Czech standard)
• Wooden entrance doors: fire resistant, wooden design - steel doorframes, security door-handles
• Internal doors: veneered MDF, inc. door handles
• Flooring: interlocking wood laminate
• Internal stairs: pine wood with hand rail
• EURO pine-wood windows
• Wall paint - white (PRIMALEX plus)

b) Plumbing:

• PVC waste water piping
• Plastic water piping
• JIKA suspended WC with concealed cistern
• JIKA hand basin with half pedestal
• IDEAL STANDARD hand basin and bath taps
• White enamelled steel bath and shower basin with acrylic coating
• Fittings for washing machine
• Structural fittings ready for kitchen units and fittings

c) Central Heating

• Central heating piping made from steel and polyethylene
• RADIK radiators and bathroom towel rack

The apartment fittings do not include:

• Fitted kitchen units or appliances,
• Lighting fittings,
• Bathroom accessories,
• Built-in wardrobes.

Any requests for changes to the standard of fittings will be dealt with on an individual basis.
