Project
The VyhlÃdka, s.r.o. property development company commenced construction of the Zlatá vyhlÃdka mountain holiday apartment complex in May 2006. The project will preserve the character of the original building, but will of course use the very latest building technology and quality building materials (cavity insulation, sheet, copper sheet roofing and guttering). Construction work on the project will be completed by the end of 2007. The apartment complex will include 23 apartments ranging from 1 + Kitchenette size up to 3 + Kitchenette maisonette apartments in the main building A, and 2 apartments (one 3+1 and the other 4+K) in the next door chalet - building B. All the apartments will have above-average quality fittings (see Apartment Fittings) and there is an option to purchase an allocated parking space. The complex will have a shared ski-room, entrance hall and boiler room. As the surrounding properties are lived in all-year-round the access road is well-maintained during the winter months. The complex will be connected to the local municipal water supply and sewerage network and will have 2 of its own wells to act as reserves. The overall property includes around 20 000 m2 of surrounding land. No further construction projects are planned in the surrounding area.
The complex is located in the KrkonoÅ¡e national conservation area, in the centre of a forest on the site of the former Zlatá vyhlÃdka hotel. The site is not far from the spa town, Janské LáznÄ›, 1 km from the ÄŒerná Hora ski centre. The surrounding land can be used for other recreational activities (there is a tennis court and a volley ball court in the grounds).
The location of the complex is ideal for both winter sports - the Černá Hora, Špindlerův Mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou ski centres are nearby, and also for summer activities such as mountain walks or hiking, cycling, golf (Mladé Buky golf course is nearby), and swimming pool in the local swimming pool...
The Černá Hora Ski Centre is the second largest in the CR. It has 14 700 m of pistes, 14 ski lifts, including the longest cable car in the CR (2 300 m).

Janské Lázně is a world renowned spa town. This peaceful spa centre in the Krkonoše national park, with its unusual history can be found at the foot of the Černá Hora (the Black Mountain). The mountain peak is 1 299 m above sea level and can be reached by a cable car running directly from the town. With its newly built drag lifts, chair lifts, cross country ski trails and cycle trails the town is becoming increasingly popular as a top sporting and recreational centre.
